LEXINGTON, KY – APRIL 2, – On behalf of IHG (Intercontinental Hotels Group), Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels’ select service division is pleased to announce the sale of the Holiday Inn Lexington North in Lexington, Kentucky. The property was acquired by Lexington H.I. Partners for an undisclosed sum.

The 302-room hotel is located on 12 acres in a stable and highly desirable area of town.  The hotel is in close proximity to downtown Lexington and the University of Kentucky.  It is also easily accessible to the world-renowned Kentucky Horse Park which will host the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games later this year.  The hotel is scheduled to retain the Holiday Inn flag through 2010.
